Motherhood is one of the hardest yet most beautiful journeys—messy, magical, and full of ups and downs. After my first daughter was born, I felt a pull to create something for moms, but it wasn’t until after my second C-section that the idea for Fourth Haus truly took shape. The hospital didn’t offer me a postpartum belly band, and I felt unsupported—both physically and emotionally. A friend lent me her old one, which made a huge difference, but after a few days, it stretched out and left me searching for something that truly worked. That’s when I realized I could create what I was looking for.

Fourth Haus was born out of my own experience, to ensure no mom feels unsupported, especially during those vulnerable postpartum moments. Our mission is to offer high-quality, thoughtfully designed products—like our postpartum belly band—that support moms through pregnancy, recovery, and beyond.

The name Fourth Haus is a play on both the “fourth trimester” and astrology’s Fourth House, the house of home and family—because who doesn’t love a little woo? At the heart of it all, we’re here to build a community that sees you, understands you, and provides real support for your motherhood journey.
